After submitting your application, there will be a period of 6 months which allows an opportunity for us to be come acquainted and for you to understand the goals and objectives of the club, which we call the 6 month provisional period. Provisional members do not vote on motions but are encouraged to get to know members of the club and its aims and objectives. After 6 months a vote will be taken by the MGRC board, and you will be notified of the decision, if accepted, you will then forward your membership dues, thus becoming a voting member of the club.
Guidelines for submitting a breeder-sponsored complimentary membership:
If you're acquiring a puppy from an MGRC breeder and wish to become an MGRC member, kindly complete the PDF application or the Word Document. Afterward, please send it to your sponsoring breeder. The breeder will then endorse you as a sponsor before forwarding the application to the MGRC for processing.
